This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the a9play platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of a9play services, you are required to register and create a valid user account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are solely responsible for keeping your personal details current whenever changes occur, including your phone number, email address and banking details.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — in order to obtain duplicate benefits is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. a9play reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process prior to processing any withdrawal.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains unauthorised access. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact a9play customer support immediately.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
A9play users are required to use the platform in a responsible, ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraud of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that could harm other users. a9play reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these terms and to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities when required.
Users are also prohibited from distributing offensive or threatening content, or content that violates the privacy of other users, through any communication channels provided on the platform. a9play reserves the right to remove, edit, or delete any content that breaches this policy without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the a9play platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a variety of supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX transfers, and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet. a9play is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment systems or the user's bank.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the user's a9play account. This is an important security measure to protect user funds from fraudulent attempts. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in your account being temporarily suspended pending further review.
A9play reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals, which may change from time to time. Any bonuses or promotional credits awarded are subject to specific conditions detailed in their respective bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

A9play provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. a9play is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. a9play's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
A9play reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for operational and platform security reasons. Where an account is legitimately closed due to proven fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may submit a written appeal to the a9play support team within 14 days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a9play platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of a9play and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from a9play. Any unauthorised use may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
